This is a complete MONO final drive masking system, designed specifically for BMW R100 Airheads from 1984-1996, with the 4 LUG MONO FINAL DRIVE!

This set includes the following parts:

● Threaded Plug Kit:

     ● 1 - Breather Plug

     ● 1 - Drain Plug

     ● 2 - Driveshaft Fill & Drain Plugs

     ● 1 - Oil Fill Level Plug

● 1 - Pinion Cover

● 1 - Output Shaft Cover

● 1 - Brake Pin Pivot Cover

● 2 - Small Brake Cam Plugs

● 1 - Rear Shock Stud Cover 

Included Seals:

This cover set includes 10 pre-installed o-rings, 1 custom output shaft seal and 2 o-ring cords for the pinion cover. 

Together, these components fully enclose critical openings in the final drive to prevent contamination during blasting or coating operations.

These covers are manufactured from high quality engineering plastics, primarily PETG.

PETG was selected after testing due to its strong layer adhesion, chemical resistance, and dimensional stability. It performs reliably during vapor blasting, media blasting, surface preparation, and masking for coating processes.

The material offers:

● Good temperature tolerance for coating preparation
● Resistance to moisture and common workshop chemicals
● Durable thread engagement for repeated installation and removal

Each component has been test fitted and evaluated during real final drive preparation procedures to ensure dependable performance in workshop environments.
