During the workshop, you’ll learn a selection of fundamental stitches—perfect for embellishing clothing, personalising gifts, or creating beautiful decorative pieces. Embroidery is a wonderfully mindful, slow art, and this class offers a relaxed and enjoyable space to learn at your own pace.

What You’ll Learn

You’ll be guided through eight essential embroidery stitches, including:

• Back stitch
• Lazy daisy
• Stem stitch
• Fishbone stitch
• Chain stitch
• Woven rose
• French knots
• Satin stitch

You’ll also learn the foundational techniques needed to continue and finish your project confidently at home.

We aim to structure the workshop so that projects can be completed during the scheduled time. However, embroidery is a slow craft, and if you don’t finish in class, we’ll ensure you have all the knowledge and confidence you need to continue at home.

A minimum of 4 participants is required for this workshop to run. If this number isn’t reached one week before the workshop date, we will contact you with an alternative option. If rescheduling isn’t possible, you will receive a full refund.
