Order Instructions for embroidery:

1) Place order 

2) Upon ordering you will receive a order confirmation number,  email us at [email protected] using that order number " Custom order # ________" in subject line.  In this email include your logo you wish to use.  If you have a mockup for size, or know the size in inches such as 2.25" height.  Any thread color details that you have.  

3) We will respond with you stating that the details and order have been received.  Orders of 24 or more items will come with a photo sample for approval before full production.  

4) Please allow 2-4 weeks based on our production schedule for your order to be ready to ship.

5). We will ship your order and issue you your tracking information.
