Sappho is an amazing blend of fibers that combines the coziness and warmth of cotton with the durability and silky feeling of Tencel. Τhis meterage makes for a more close knit fabric than the 400m/100gr plantbased yarns, that usually tend to create more open knit fabrics, so if that is what you are going for this yarn is a great choice. 

It is suitable for all sorts of projects, like cozy sweaters and tops, lightweight cardigans and accessories. 

GOTS certified Organic Cotton is grown without pesticides and without genetically modified seeds. The farming method  focuses on natural processes and biodiversity, It uses significantly less water than the conventional cotton. 

Tencel is a shiny, soft and smooth yarn that feels nice on the skin, like silk if not better!It is an incredibly eco-friendly, manmade fibre, created in close loop production from the pulp of trees, mostly Eucalyptus. The close loop production, means that both the end product and the materials used are by recycled and biodegradable.

The presence of tencel gives this yarn deeper and more saturated colors than the Pima Cotton Dk or the Vegan Boucle. 

Care: hand wash in lukewarm water with ph neutral detergent, dry flat in the shadow!
