Hedenborg Trio
Description:
The Hedenborg Trio, formed in 2012 by three Salzburg-born brothers based in Vienna who are highly regarded as the trio of the next generation, made their brilliant CD debut in 2017 with Beethoven's Piano Trio, Op. 1. The trio's performance is a testament to their ability to play with the next generation of musicians. Their performance, along with a tour of Japan that same year, made a big splash as the next generation of piano trios, and they have received high acclaim. The long-awaited second release in the Beethoven series features two pieces from Op. 70, known as "Ghosts. As expected, a new masterpiece has been added to the list of masterpieces tackled by many famous performers. <The Hedenborg Trio is a piano trio of brothers from Salzburg, Austria: Kazuki (violin), the eldest son; Naoki (cello), the second son; and Hiroshi (piano), the third son. Born to a Swedish father (violinist) and Japanese mother (pianist), they each received musical training from their parents. Kazuki, the eldest son, and Naoki, the second son, are regular members of the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra, and are also active in chamber music performances. They have been performing together as a duo since childhood, and in 2012, they started their activities as a trio. The three brothers' stay in Japan in the fall of 2016 coincided with their stay in Japan, which led to talks, and in 2017 their wish to tour Japan for the first time came true. The bond that transcends language, born from growing up in the same family and sharing the same values and sensibilities, leads to an intimate and breathtaking performance that only the brothers can deliver. The three members' individual tastes are well balanced, and the rich harmonies they create are expected to grow in color in the years to come. Camerata Tokyo
