The Sutherland is a solid wood bifolding garage door handcrafted in Gig Harbor, WA using traditional mortise and tenon joinery — the only one of its kind available direct-to-consumer. Six divided glass lights per door leaf pair with a hand-fitted tongue-and-groove panel and classic diagonal brace, built from 100% solid wood with no veneers or engineered wood. Available in over 20 wood species, including Black Walnut and Cherry, and finished to order. Compatible with the Franklin AutoSwing opener for residential automation. Designed to fold open in tight clearances where outswing carriage doors cannot operate. Comes as a complete four-leaf pre-hung unit: track, jamb, hinges, and cane bolts included.
