Hipp HA PRE - Hypoallergenic Formula from birth will be your new best friend if your baby has a high sensitivity to cow's milk proteins, which may be causing skin problems, digestion problems, or hay fever-like symptoms. This nutritionally complete formula can be used alone or as a supplement to breast feeding and is suited for infants from birth to six months of age. The starch component of the HiPP HA formula is the primary distinction between stage Pre and stage 1. Since there is no starch in the HiPP HA stage PRE, it has a thin consistency and is simpler for young babies to digest.

What is the process for making this product hypoallergenic? HiPP HA Stage PRE is made up of long-chain milk proteins that have been hydrolyzed into smaller fragments to remove casein from cow's milk. Because smaller whey proteins are easier to digest, they pose a lower risk of allergic reactions to allergenic components found in milk. Because the hydrolysis process makes milk less viscous, and no starch has been added for consistency. Because HiPP HA Stage PRE is made from cow's milk, it has the same lactose content as breast milk.

HiPP HA Stage PRE combines probiotics and prebiotics to support natural gut health. 

Although this product may help babies with cow’s milk protein sensitivity, it may not be suitable for all babies with a diagnosed milk protein allergy.
