Lucinda Williams, the reigning Queen of Alterna-Country, has released a series of six episodes of her "Lu's Jukebox" series of studio concerts in support of the Corona Over 2020 live concert series, now available on physical CD! The theme of the second series is, as the title says, Southern Soul! The second CD features Lucinda's covers of classic songs by Al Green, Ann Peoples, Dorothy Moore, Tony Joe White, and many others who have influenced her in Memphis and at the legendary Muscle Shoals studio, where she recorded.
