Factory fitted lower side plastics are replaced with heavy duty corrosion resistant Marine aluminium  CNC cut, CNC bend, TIG weld, brushed 3/16" / 4 mm covers effectively protecting the wheel wells, lowers sides and the fuel tank. 
Center section of the skid plate is made out of slippery and strong BLACK HDPE PLASTIC 3/8" / 10 mm material, arms protections and side protections are made of heavy duty aluminium material.

Iron Baltic ATV aluminium skid plates have the best possible durability to weight ratio and offer superior protection over plastic analogues. Our aluminium skid plates are made from marine grade aluminium, which is the hardest aluminium that can still be mechanically processed. The aluminium is shaped using CNC cutting, the sides are then CNC bent, and the corners of the bent sides TIG welded. The outcome is a structurally rigid skid plate that is strong and durable even in extreme conditions. All of our aluminium skid plates are fully compatible with all other Iron Baltic products (plow adapters, hitch ball mounting kits, etc.) and with most factory accessories (original winch adapters, etc.).
