The Oscietra Caviar is a wonderful light to steely grey colour which takes 9 to 10 years to produce. The Oscietra Caviar has cream and walnut notes. It is one of the most popular types used in many Michelin star Restaurants and Hotels. It is a stunning Caviar to have on its own or paired with foods such as a softly boiled egg, a baby jacket potato with some crème fraise or even clotted cream ice cream.
Caviar has a high content of Omega 3 fatty acids, is an excellent source of protein and is rich in Vitamin A, D and B12.
