To properly use a facial cupping set, follow these steps:

1. Begin by applying a moisturizing oil or cream to your face, neck, and chest.

2. Start by working on one side of your face at a time, using the smaller eye cups for the delicate areas around the eyes and lips and the cone-shaped cups for the larger areas of the face, neck, and décolletage.

3. Before applying the cup to your skin, make sure to squeeze out the air to create suction.

4. Position the cup over the area you wish to target.

5. Lift and stimulate the area while maintaining suction, using your hand to anchor the skin behind the cup for a smoother glide and to prevent pulling on the skin.

6. You can also apply the cup to your face and use a sweeping or gliding massage stroke. When doing so, be sure to use an upward and outward motion.

1. Take out the silicone bulb from the glass.
2. Clean the glass with warm water and soap.
3. Clean the silicone bulb with a rag and soap.
