Integrated Door Hinge Mortiser

The Door Hinge Jig allows for quick installation of all standard door hinges. Mortises can be cut on hinged doors from 3" to 5" long and 1/4" to 5/8" thick. Two removable plastic inserts on door hinges for cutting and installing round or square door hinges. The door hinge jig tool can be cut to any hinge length, height, and corner style.

Easy to Install and Use

The hinge mortise template can be adjusted to the hinge length, thickness, and corner shape. The door hinge router jig has a built-in depth gauge on the side to set the depth for the included router bit and comes with a self-centering hinge bit that ensures perfect hinge screws. It is also suitable for corner work on hinges of different radii.

Latch Kit

Eliminating the need for hammers and chisels, the door hinge jig features an integrated, non-marring jig that minimizes the number of tools carried on the job site. Simply use this door hinge template with a mortising tool or small router (router not included) to install the door hinge.

Perfect Positioning

First, determine the shape of the hinge and use the corner guide to find the hinge with the desired corner radius. Then, use the clips to secure the hinge tenon to the door. Finally, eliminate the length guide and adjust it to the desired length. Please note: Only suitable for the door, not the jamb.
