Step into an afternoon designed to nourish you from the inside out. Hosted by Maylay Co. as part of the Bloom series, Bloom Nourish is a warm, intimate gathering where women come together to slow down, reconnect, and pour back into themselves. It's a space to focus on your health, learn something new, and build genuine community — all in a friendly, welcoming setting.

The day begins with a live cooking demonstration and learning session led by Registered Dietitian Christina Iaboni, who'll show you how simple, fresh ingredients can come together into delicious, nourishing meals you can recreate at home. From there, you'll enjoy a tasting of the recipes prepared, settle in for an inspiring fireside chat on health, movement, and mindset, and take part in an open Q&A where your questions and stories are always welcome. Throughout the afternoon, you'll have plenty of time to connect with like-minded women over good food and meaningful conversation.
