This is a completely sustainable Omega-3 oil. The algae used for this oil, Schizochytruim sp., is grown indoors, in large closed tanks, using a controlled process so no contaminants are introduced. This means no disturbing our precious oceans! There is minimal to no waste. Any “leftover” algae are re-established into the fermenter colonies. The process is completely circular.
