The Olympus CYF-4 is a flexible fiberoptic cystoscope engineered for comfortable office- and OR-based cystoscopy, combining a 5.2 mm outer diameter with a 2.4 mm instrument channel to support a full range of diagnostic and interventional 6 Fr urology accessories. It provides a 120° forward-viewing optical system, 3–50 mm depth of field, and generous angulation of 210° up and 120° down over a 38 cm working length, allowing excellent visualization and access to the bladder neck and ureteral orifices while maintaining patient comfort and maneuverability.
