Ten years ago, the Sawtooth put Oboz on the map in a big way, proving that comfort need not take a back seat when designing durable, reliable hiking footwear. The new Sawtooth X retains all the things that made the original so popular - that amazing Oboz fit, a cushy ride, and tough-as-nails construction - while updating this legendary shoe with some thoughtful new design features.

New to the X is the Adaptive Cushioning Technology Impact midsole, a dual-density rubberized EVA lending improved energy efficiency and a softer heel strike. Oboz also tossed their Trail Tread outsole onto the bottom of the Sawtooth X for superior slip-resistance, enhanced durability, and improved elongation and tensile strength.
