DESCRIPTION

Farm King Rollermills and Hammermills are engineered to maximize the nutritional value of feed. Built with durable, heavy-gauge materials, they deliver top-quality processed grain with minimal maintenance and low operating costs. The Rollermill is designed to roll or crimp grain, which enhances its nutritional value and makes it easier for animals to digest, leading to faster weight gain per pound of intake.

Key Features

• Capacity: Capable of processing up to 300 bushels per hour.
• Flow Regulation: A manual gate regulates the flow into the Rollermill.
• Adjustable Tensioner: Determines the thickness of the rolled grain.
• Double Leaf Springs: Ensure constant and even roller pressure.
• Machine-Grooved Rollers: Available in steel or chrome, re-machinable up to three times.
• Optional Magnet: Removes nails and other metal objects to prevent roller damage.
• Drive Options: The 85 and 100 models are driven by an electric motor or PTO. The 180 is PTO driven.
• Transport Features: The 180 model can be equipped with 15" wheels for transport and a 12' hydraulic discharge auger that swings 180 degrees.
