The MFP14-A automates the traditional four-stage film processing cycle—developing, fixing, washing, and drying. Film is automatically guided through each tank with controlled timing, temperature, and liquid replenishment, while the air duct drying system ensures that both film sides are dried without streaks.
It operates in four modes:
Cold Mode: Power is on, but system is idle
Preheating Mode: Heats tanks in preparation for film input
Wash Mode: Film is actively being processed
Self-Inspection Mode: Automatically checks component status
Operating Temperature: +23°C to +30°C
Storage Temperature: ≤ +28°C
Relative Humidity: ≤70%
Environmental Notes: Avoid exposure to vibration, strong magnetic fields, corrosive gases, or excessive dust
Close water drainage and open fresh water tap before use; reverse after processing.
Run 2–3 blank films at the start of each day to clean the system.
Ensure replenishment tank liquid is at least ⅓ full, and overflow pipes are properly aligned.
Regularly check roller cleanliness and internal chamber for crystallization or moisture.
After use, drain the processor and open the ventilation system to prevent algae growth.
Disconnect power and turn off water after daily operation.
