Winter Growth Necklace no.1 is handcrafted from sterling and fine silver with a drop of brass, and features a high-grade and beautiful piece of Kyanite alongside a cast sterling silver Wildflower. The stone has a wonderful flash of icy blue tones within it, looking different from every angle.

The stone has been set in plain bezel wire and then soldered on to a layer of thick sterling silver sheet that has been imprinted with a real leaf on the reverse. A drop off brass has been soldered to the bottom of the pendant. A makers mark has been soldered to the back.

Winter can be a tough season. I have had these cast sterling silver wildflowers for some time and thought they would be the perfect symbol that even in the depths of Winter, there is still hope.

This piece has been given a patina to add depth. Please keep away from water to ensure the patina lasts a long time.
