Arbogast Plastic Black Lip Jitterbug 1940's WWII Era, Black Color - War Bug!.  About 2.5" plastic body.  Plastic lip during WWII era (1942-1945) due to the metal shortage.  Lure is used with some wear and marks, but may clean up better, see photos.  Tougher to find these "War Bugs".
