This is the second solo album in seven and a half years from Damon Albarn (Blur, Gorillaz), recognized as one of the most influential musicians in the UK for his diverse musical styles and measured lyrics. Originally intended as an orchestral work inspired by the Icelandic landscape, under the 2020 lockdown, Albarn expanded it into 11 tracks that further explore themes of vulnerability, loss, emergence, and rebirth. The result is a panoramic collection of songs that make themselves storytellers (the album's title is taken from John Clare's poem "Love and Memory"). Domestic edition.
