Adults: (18 years+): 1 sachet, 1 time daily. Pour granules directly in mouth, chew and swallow with or without water, 1 hour before bedtime.

Medicinal ingredients:

• Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) herb top extract (DER 3-4.5:1) 190 mg, equivalent to 570 – 855 mg dried herb;
• L-Tryptophan 120 mg;
• Extract of fresh organic* Lettuce (Lactuca sativa) leaf (DER 4–10.4 :1) 75 mg, equivalent to 300 – 780 mg dried leaf;
• Magnesium elemental (Magnesium citrate tribasic). 56,5 mg.

Non-medicinal ingredients:
Xylitol, mannitol, citric acid, gum arabic, vegetable magnesium stearate, steviol glycosides, natural flavour.
