3) Come to one of our Pick-up Parties to have fun and pick up your frozen boxed beef -OR- Schedule a personal delivery or pick-up by appointment.

3) Enjoy beef the way it should be!

PACKAGING: All cuts (including ground beef patties) are individually vacuum sealed and labeled. 1-pound portions ground beef are packed in metal-free chubs (not vacuum sealed).

FREEZER SPACE:

A QUARTER Beef requires approximately 8 cubic feet of freezer space.

PICK-UP:

Schedule a pick-up (free) or personal delivery (for a $150 fee) by appointment! You can also join us at or our next seasonal "Pick-up" Parties to get your side and meet other people!

SHIPPING: We encourage regional sourcing as as part of The Return To Better Living, and insist on quality and freshness for every order of our beef. For this reason, we do not offer shipping. Instead, we offer pick-up/delivery by appointment, and host pick-up parties as a chance to form relationships and have fun!
