The modular bolt-on design means you can remove sections when needed — for example, when mounting a rooftop tent off the side.

Built from black powder-coated stainless steel and die-cast aluminum, these rails are engineered for durability and corrosion resistance. They match the Slimline II Roof Rack’s premium weather-resistant finish and install in minutes with no drilling required. The Expedition Rails add approximately 61mm (2.4") of height to your rack.

Please note: This kit is compatible with 7-slat-long Slimline II Roof Racks. For racks with 4–6 slats, trimming of the side rail tubing may be required. Refer to the included installation instructions for guidance.
