We always guarantee the safe delivery of our tanks. In the unlikely event that your tank arrives damaged or broken by the carrier, we will immediately ship out a replacement at no additional cost to you.  Please send photos of the damaged tank in its original shipping box so that we can file a claim with UPS on your behalf. 

Please allow an additional 2-3 business days in case of potential logistical delays.
