This strengthens our opinion that this table originates from Continental Europe and particularly Italy. The inlaid top has canted corners and is supported by a decorated turned column and stands on a quatro form base. The table stands well. There are minor signs of age and historic restoration to the pedestal and top, these are compatible with age. A very striking and decorative marquetry side or occasional table.
