Sunny Day Real Estate, a legendary emo band formed in 1992 in Seattle, WA, has released their second album, "Sunny Day Real Estate", in a disbanded state. This is a remastered edition of the second album (aka Pink Album), which was released while the band was still disbanded, with two additional tracks.
