The Gyrus ACMI EIWE (Elite Iglesias Working Element) is a reusable working element designed for transurethral resection scopes in urologic procedures like TURP and TURBT. It provides the mechanical actuation and electrical connection needed to operate resection loops, electrodes, and other working instruments through compatible continuous-flow resectoscope sheaths.
