STUDIO by Miraval is named for the famous recording studio at Château Miraval in Provence, where artists such as Pink Floyd, AC/DC, Sting, and The Cranberries recorded. The wine comes from plots on the French Riviera, surrounded by olive and pine trees, and is strongly influenced by the sea sprays and the proximity of the Mediterranean Sea.

Tasting notes: This rosé is a very delicate, pale pink colour. The nose is fresh with notes of grapefruit and white flowers. The palate has a lovely texture coupled with flavours of apricot, peach and citrus, which are well-balanced with lively acidity.

Grape variety: Cinsault, Grenache, Rolle, Tibouren.

Alcohol by volume: 12.5.

Serving suggestions: Fruit & Creamy Desserts, Chocolate, Foie Gras.

Vinification details: All the varieties are vinified by direct pressing. The Cinsault and Tibouren in Stainless steel vats. The Grenache & Rolle are partially vinified in tulip-shaped concrete vats with a rounded bottom. This ovoid shape gives rise to a natural convection movement that suspends the lees creating the same effect as a batonnage and gives the wine a lot of structure.
