2. Trademark and Copyright Notice

We will assume that all Artwork submitted to us has been legally cleared for reproduction. We reserve the right to refuse to reproduce any Artwork that we, in our sole discretion, believe may be copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise illegal to produce. However, we are not responsible for screening or verifying the legality of the Artwork. The ultimate responsibility for ensuring legal compliance rests entirely with you.

3. Production Disclaimer

• Color Matching: We will make every reasonable effort to match the colors of your submitted Artwork. However, due to differences in screen resolution, monitor settings, and the printing processes used on various materials (e.g., fabric, vinyl, etc.), we cannot guarantee a perfect color match to your digital file. Please provide specific Pantone (PMS) codes for the most accurate results.

• Artwork Quality: We are not responsible for the quality of the final product if the uploaded Artwork is low-resolution, pixelated, or otherwise unsuitable for printing. We recommend uploading high-resolution files (vector preferred, such as .AI, .EPS, or high-res .PDF).
