Hinged Plategrip X550-1D is a bolt hinged belt fastener for belts 1/4" to 5/8" on pulleys 9" and larger, rated to 300 PIW. The hinged joint separates by removing the hinge pin, allowing belt sections to be added or removed without tools.

This is a bulk pack with no specific belt width. Cut plates to your belt width on-site. Hinge pin and filler tubing cut to length at installation.

Material: Durgard is a proprietary heat-treated steel with abrasion-resistant characteristics that provides several times the service life of standard steel in abrasive conveying applications. Not recommended for highly corrosive environments.
