Ingredients:

Suggested Dose: 12 years & up: Take 1 capsule twice a day, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. 

Adolescents 12 years and over: For use beyond 8 weeks, consult a health care practitioner

Adults (sleep quality): Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.

Cautions: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if taking serotonergic agents.
