The Thompson submachine gun, also known as the 'Tommy Gun' M1928, is now available on a matte canvas that is stretched and measures 0.75" in thickness, available in multiple sizes. This canvas is ideal for displaying your custom artwork, photos, or creative projects, and is designed to accommodate any type of artwork with its versatile size options. Each canvas features a matte finish and includes a back hanging system for easy installation. The frame is constructed from radial pine with a profile that is sustainably sourced from renewable forests.

The canvas material is a robust blend of cotton and polyester (9.82 oz/yd² or 333 g/m²) and is treated with a unique coating that ensures long-lasting, vibrant prints. The eco-conscious will appreciate that the frame is made from radiata pine, which is responsibly harvested from renewable forests. Additionally, the frame's back corners are fitted with soft rubber dots to ensure it hangs securely and remains stable. Please be aware that due to the manufacturing process of the canvases, slight variations in size may occur, with a tolerance of +/- 1/8" (3.2mm).

The Thompson was first utilized by the United States Marine Corps during the Banana Wars, as well as by the United States Postal Inspection Service, the Irish Republican Army, the Republic of China, and the FBI after the Kansas City Massacre. 

It was also available for purchase by the general public. Due to its extensive use by criminals, the Thompson gained a notorious reputation during the Prohibition era, becoming the favored weapon of many organized crime groups in the 1920s. It frequently appeared in the media and was wielded by both law enforcement and criminals alike.
