The Salzburger hand mill MH 4 with its solid construction, good fastening device and its quick and easy handling offers a real alternative to electric mills where no power is available.

This means that with the MH 4 you can still enjoy your high quality flour and cereal, for example in mountain huts, on boats, in your holiday homes or when camping.

Salzburger Mills has more than 40 years experience in the manufacture of granite milling stones. Only special selected granite is used in the laborious production of milling stones that result in unique pairs for each mill. Granite is extremely hard and durable, while purely natural – without any additives.

Most types of dry grains can be ground with the MH 4, including soft or hard wheat, rice, triticale, spelt, buckwheat, barley, rye, millet, teff, quinoa, sorghum and dent (field) corn. It will also grind lentils, soybeans and dried, non-oily spices. It is not suitable for kamut, oat groats, amaranth, chickpeas, herbs, oilseeds like flax or sesame, popcorn, or fibrous materials.
