Biosensors enable the monitoring of real-time changes in CNS neurochemical concentrations. The sensing cavity of a Pinnacle sensor is 176 microns in diameter and 1.0 mm in length. Standard sensors are manufactured with an integrated Ag/AgCl reference electrode. Pinnacle's 7005 sensor series is compatible with Pinnacle's single barrel and tri-barrel guide cannulas (7040-S and 7041-S) for stereotaxic placement.

Note: Please allow 7 business days between ordering and shipment of biosensors. The 21-day warranty only applies to glucose, glutamate, lactate sensors and carbon fiber electrodes. The sensor is warranted for 21 days, or until initial precalibration, whichever is first. Longer lead times may also apply for custom sensor types. We will only ship sensors via FedEx 2-Day or Overnight.
