The Amoretti Brothers 10.4 Qt Copper Rondeau / Casserole is hand-hammered from 2mm solid copper by master artisans — wide, shallow, and perfectly proportioned for the techniques that define great cooking. Searing, braising, reducing, and finishing — the rondeau handles everything with the thermal precision that only copper delivers.

The double tin lining, applied by hand, protects the interior and ensures food stays flavourful with every use. Cast bronze handles on both pan and lid, solid and riveted, give you a reliable way to move from stove to oven to table.
