• Dry brushing perfectly prepares the skin to receive all the benefits of Bulgarian Lavender Body Oil. Before a warm shower, detoxify the skin with dry brushing, and follow the shower with an anointment of oil. 
• Warm the bottle of oil in a bowl of hot water and give yourself a scalp massage, afterwards wrapping the head with a warm towel for 10 minutes before a shower. The scalp is full of pressure points and this technique is not only great for the hair, but releases so much tension.

The Ayurvedic tradition advises always massaging towards the heart.
