Bösendorfer has been producing the world's finest pianos since 1982. For Yuko Hisamoto, the only Japanese artist officially certified by Bösendorfer, a 280VC Pyramid Mahogany piano was flown in directly from Vienna and brought to the concert venue. The program was a substantial one, featuring Beethoven's early masterpiece "Pathetique," his mid-period masterpiece "Waldstein," and "Andante Favorit," which was originally composed as the second movement of the Waldstein.
