Overview

This MagCAD top bearing cover is designed to seamlessly integrate the latest Roval Rapide one-piece cockpit with the Specialized Venge (2019–2021), while delivering the lowest possible headset stack for a fully “slammed” front-end aesthetic.

Engineered as a complete replacement for the factory bearing cover, this solution minimizes stack height, ideal for riders using a shortened fork steerer trimmed for the original Venge alloy stem profile.

Internal electronic cable routing is fully retained, matching the original Venge system for a clean, factory-level finish.

Note: Compatible with electronic drivetrains only. Mechanical cable routing is not supported.

Application

All MagCAD steering components are precision 3D-printed in high-strength Nylon for long-term durability and a secure interface with the headset system.
Installation and periodic inspection must be performed by a qualified mechanic. Incorrect assembly, cable routing, or use may result in component damage or injury.

Extra attention should be given to cable routing to ensure friction-free steering and long-term performance.

Fit & Technical Details

- Top cover height: 10.9mm
- Roval Rapide clamp height: 40.8mm
- Total required stack: 51.7mm (replacing OEM Venge 11.9mm top cover + 5.3mm spacer + 34mm alloy stem)
- Minimum steerer height required: 48.7mm (from top bearing split ring to steerer top, allowing for Specialized’s 3mm cut)
