The Nikon Nikonos IV-A is a rugged camera with a thick metal housing and O-rings everywhere. The Nikonos was originally designed for deep underwater use, though we have not pressure-tested this camera, so you should consider it weather-resistant rather than waterproof. Scale focusing with aperture-priority exposure automation. Excellent cosmetic condition overall, with minor wear and- notably- one somewhat mangled strap lug that’s unlikely to be useful. Lens has smooth focus and aperture movement; there is a touch of oil on the blades, and very minor hazing, but nothing that affects function. Includes box.
