Engineered as a next-generation alternative to traditional ventilated films, this patented system uses three narrow bands of stretch film instead of standard wide film with perforations. This unique design delivers superior airflow, stronger load containment, and over 50% reduction in plastic usage.

The three film bands are mounted on a single core and dispensed through the VentX Unico™ device on an Omni pallet wrapper. Adjustable roping fingers allow the band widths to be modified, enabling tailored containment for different load types. For heavier or unstable loads, narrower bands create a cable-like effect, securing the pallet with maximum holding force while maintaining excellent ventilation.

Unlike conventional ventilated wraps—where airflow is reduced as layers overlap—this banded system ensures consistent aeration throughout the load, helping prevent damage from moisture, condensation, and ripening gases. It also enables faster cooling and freezing, reducing energy consumption and improving product quality.

The reinforced design improves reliability by eliminating film breakages and tailing, while also reducing the number of wraps required per pallet. Available in 20µm and 25µm grades, it suits a wide range of applications including fresh produce, chilled goods, and hot-fill products.
