Picosecond Laser Vs. Nanosecond Laser Technology:

Picosecond lasers can destroy pigment up to 100 times faster than traditional nanosecond laser technology.   As the laser light is passed over the tattooed skin, the picolaser targets the tattoo ink exclusively with extreme precision,  microscopically shattering the ink pigment into tiny particles, which are then easily processed and eliminated by the body.

Due to the high level of focus, surrounding skin tissues are untouched, and therefore picosecond laser is considered one of the safest and most comfortable treatment options for tattoo removal, as well as for treatment of other pigmentation problems and acne scar removal.
