Hot water add boiling water to fill line. Stir well. Let steep 4 to 5 minutes. Microwave add water to fill line inside cup. Cook for 60 to 75 seconds timesMayvary. Stir well. Overnight oats add cold milk to fill line. Stir well and cover. Let soak for 15 plus minutes or overnight in the fridge.
