This wine is primarily pure Riesling, but the magic comes from the subtle inclusion of a small percentage (5-10%) of briefly skin-macerated grapes. This short soak is enough to add complexity and that signature phenolic grip without making it an "orange wine." It’s all vinified in large oak casks (foudres) for nearly a year to build weight and harmony.

The bouquet is clear, elegant, and instantly aromatic, offering a mix of ripe white and even light tropical fruits, underpinned by the pure, refreshing mineral scent of their Bennwihr terroir.
