Distinctive rose champagne blend: 80% wines of the year meticulously chosen by the Cellar Master and 20% reserve wine, bringing silky and delicate texture. Unique Rose d'assemblage: blend of still white wine from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes with 7% Bouzy Grand Cru to add color, fruitiness, and structure. Fresh and light pink champagne with red fruits (cherries, red currants & raspberries) and floral notes; freshness takes over with a delicately acidic and salty length. Perfect serve: the right champagne glass (long leg, wide bowl, narrow opening) brings out the bouquet and bubbles, and the perfect temperature (10 °C - 12 °C) elevates the aromas.
