HOW TO USE

Face - Hold the handle of the massage roller without covering the solar panel. Gently roll upward from the lower part of the jaw to your ear on one side, then the other. Repeat the same motion along cheekbones, going from the corner of your mouth to your ears. Roll gently in short up-and-down motions along each temple to release tension. 

Body - Gently roll massage roller in up-and-down motions along triceps, biceps, inner/outer thighs, calves, and glutes.

EXPERT TIP! To loosen any pinching sensation, adjust by either lowering or lifting the handle parallel to the body.
