The Dorset comprises a layer of mature, rich and rugged Coastal Cheddar, identifiable by its characteristic crunch, a layer of deliciously creamy Stilton, smoked Dorset Red, with its eye-catching, naturally-burnished amber rind, our award-winning Wensleydale with Cranberries and to finish, the icing on the cake is a mature cheddar heart, preserved for freshness in a smooth, burgundy wax coating. The Dorset has something for everyone and looks beautiful decorated with a gentle mix of delicate flowers and fruit.
