The Sambalpuri cotton saree is a traditional handwoven ikat saree from the state of Odisha. Tie and dye technique used to design the motifs on the saree. Complete craftsmanship shown in this rust and black colour saree where ikat motifs of birds, animals have been woven on the body. Traditional rudraksha motifs have been woven on the border by dobby shedding device. Floral and elephant motifs woven on the pallu. It has a black colour blouse piece, attached in running.
