This is a lovely knit dress by Pierre Cardin that has that perfect mod shape that you look for in his work. The fabric feels like a cotton mix and it is a decent weight that holds the shape but the cotton keeps it from being too hot. The neckline is high and it has two tiny little buttons at the back of the neck to close. It simply slips on to wear and falls into place perfectly. The sleeves are long and the dress is cut to skim over the body with just a suggestion of shape. Once it falls past the waist it starts to gently flare out to the hem. Worked into the knit is a raised pattern. It reminds me of a subtle cable knit but it has been done the Cardin way and incorporates one of his signature circle patterns into the design. This runs over the entire dress on the back and on the front. I especially love how they are incorporated on each sleeve so that they run down the outside edge. It is a terrific little dress and an easy way to incorporate a piece of Cardin'd work into your wardrobe. Excellent condition 

Unlined and slips on to wear. Closes at the beck of the beck with two tiny buttons. It appears to have never been worn or worn very little. The knit has stretch and the measurements below are of it lying flat with no stretch. It wilpleasuly go up a couple inches across
