Vintage 1970's flocked polka dot prairie dress. Empire waisted. High neck, Victorian-style collar with lace bib and decorative buttons. Full tiered skirt. Fully lined with cotton, except for the sleeves. Snap button cuffs with outer non-functional buttons. Back metal zipper and hook/eye closure. No label or tags, handmade most likely. The top layer of fabric is cotton fabric, very slight sheerness and no stretch.
